Assessment Centre Groupwork: Evidencing Competencies The following is a visitor submit by Lucy Hawkins. It also seems on her weblog here. Last week I was lucky enough to sit down in a mock evaluation centre. (Kindly delivered by the recruitment group at Rolls Royce). During the group workout routines, it was great to see some exhausting and quick examples of competencies in action, famous by the observers. I’ve discovered these examples helpful to cite for these anxious about group workout routines. This type of behaviour is tough to pretend or pressure; the information under is unlikely to alter how an applicant naturally performs. Hopefully though, it’s useful in building confidence and understanding what is usually one of the most daunting bits of an assessment.
